Therapy and counseling practices were running on a patchwork of tools. SimplePractice for clinical notes, a separate payroll system for therapist compensation, a basic CRM they'd outgrown, and a billing service taking a percentage of every claim. What We Built

We built TherapyConnectionCRM. A fully integrated platform covering clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and intake forms. A client CRM with referral tracking and waitlist management, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, insurance and self-pay billing with direct clearinghouse integration, and automated therapist payroll calculation based on session hours and rates.
